Absolutely exquisite meal for one and one family for birthday meal. the risotto to begin was really extraordinary, like the beautiful scallops that the plate so eloquent with the speer of asparagus and crispy bacon (all is better with bacon). the souffle should be renamed cloud as it was so light and fluffy, but it cured on a kind and wise to speak against the walnuts that accompanied them, the were little sharp pieces of tempting taste that married the aromen together like the king and queen in a schoolprom. the lobster and steak (surf Turf/Reef beef) was beautiful, the garlic that was present, but also quite subtle worked perfectly with both without overpowering the court that had been presented before. the salmon and plaice also looked very appetit, but you can't comment on the taste, I would have liked to try them, but the rest of the party with which you were very serious with the court, so enthusiastic with the aromen that they 't say, but I took this as a good sign. we have not stayed for dessert, but chef nic dinneen bought us a beautiful espresso parfait (I think) that was an amazing end to a fabulous meal. many thanks to chef steven and the rest of the team, I can hardly wait to come back!
