Schlotzsky's Cinnabon - Seguin

We had a wonderful lunch with a friendly staff. One of the employees approached our table while we were enjoying our meals and offered us a complimentary cookie. How can anyone not feel happy after that? We will definitely be returning!

Every time I go there to eat with my children, we've had a wonderful experience. The staff is always friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious. My kids prefer eating there over McDonald's!

We visit this restaurant frequently, and there's a great reason for that! The service is outstanding, and the food is consistently good—always served hot and fresh. Every time I see the staff behind the counter, they seem genuinely happy. The only time we've had to wait for our food was tonight, but to make up for the delay, we were kindly given two complimentary cookies. That's why I keep coming back. Thank you, Schlotzsky's!

Today I stopped at Seguin HEB to get some food. I was in line at the check-out stand and there was a young man in front of me wearing a Schlotzsky's uniform buying flowers and we welcomed us. The cleric arranged his flowers and told him the sum and then he told her to add my food to his bill. I told him he didn't have to do this and he answered: My pleasure sir, thank you for your service. I wore a veteran ball cap. I thanked him, I never expected that.

If anyone knows me...they would know my standards of customer service are very high. I want to thank Brianna for her white glove service she gave me and my family. Thank you very much and we will definitely be returning!
