Sonic Drive-in - Seguin

Pre ordered my food 15 minutes in advance. Been waiting 10 minutes, still waiting.. it's faster to go through the drive-thru.. I let them know ahead of time that I would like condiments. They didn't put any in the bag. I got have a sleeve of tots.. Not sure if I'm coming back.

I placed an order through the drive thru and had to repeat it a few times. When I pulled up, I had to wait a while, then someone came to ask what my order was and I told them. I still had to wait some time, so I just left. This took about 20 min or so and I was on lunch, so I didn't have time to deal with it any longer. This was not the first time I had issues. I won't go back.

If I could give 0 stars I would whoever hired the manager is an idiot... Aren't they supposed to be trained to guide a crew??? All I know is I won't be back there ..

Our carhop remade all 3 drinks to make certain I got the correct Diet strawberry limeade, as it was not marked to distinguish it from the other regular limeades.

Friendly hard working car hops and cooks. A little hard on the squeaky speaker to order. But love this place!!! Don't forget to tip your server!!!
