UPDATE for the customers when someone is pulling out of a parking space and trying to get out and the passenger is asking you to hold on not to pull up and give them a chance to get out it’s called COMMON COURTESY please don’t be a a##hole and pull up behind them because one day YOU WILL be in that same situation and get frustrated because YOUR SELFISHNESS because you are in a hurry to pull up two inches in the drive thru to block someone in after they ask you to wait so they can get out you will be that person so keep that in mind These staff members managers and employees deserve zero stars it’s really pitiful when you’re mad at the customer because you’re mad at them because YOU messed up their order and your being a Karen to the customer to feed your ego and put on a show for your employees I told them I spoke to Andrea the manager she said to come by for the remake I was told by the rude woman who was apparently having a ego trip that they tell their customers to put it on top of the receipt ok well I didn’t have it with me I just gave her the managers name is it not their responsibility to communicate with each other when they mess up an order???umm so why be defensive I guess her nasty attitude deflected in the girl in drive thru she got pissed when I asked for it fresh she told me just so you know our food is always fresh yeahhhhhh no look at your reviews I seriously doubt that very poor service
