Whataburger - Seguin

My son and I went through the drive thru tonight and the lady taking our order was the nicest person I've ever encountered at any restaurant ever. My son said the same and that her voice was so calming. 11:30pm Aug.18, 2022

Stopped in here on our way back to Katy TX. They were very busy. The food was fresh. Staff needs improvement on customer service. Both their sweet tea canisters were out, so that was disappointing. Ladies room were decently clean. Only issue we hadwas trying to get out of the parking lot. . You CAN NOT exit on the side of drive thru unless you are ordering. . Just FYIfor everyone.

Here's a tip for the drive-thru staff: please wait until the customer is at the window to make the milkshake. I understand that you're trying to keep the line moving, but I ended up with a large cup of melted shake, which isn’t ideal. Also, it shouldn’t be too difficult to provide the sauces and condiments that customers request.

I had my first experience at Whataburger a couple of weeks ago and ordered the bacon blue cheese burger, but I wasn't impressed; it wasn't that great. I decided to give a breakfast burger a shot when I returned, but it was far too salty. On my third visit, I tried a chicken burger, which ended up being quite bland. Overall, I wasn't really impressed with the food, although the banana pudding shakes are definitely a highlight.

If you already love Whataburger and think it can't get any better, think again! You have to visit THIS Whataburger and talk to Berna for the most heartwarming experience you can have just by placing an order in the drive-thru. I live in New Braunfels, but I will go out of my way to come here every time just because of her.
