Contribuisci feedbackTheir food used to be good when they first opened, and I was a very frequent customer, but they have suffered a steep decline in quality and quantity. But what's worse is the customer service experience I had recently. Ordered a steak fajita and tacos through drive-thru, when I got home I only got the tacos fully. I called the store, and was told to come back the next day and they would replace my steak fajitas. When I did, the store owner came out and started arguing with me, accusing me of lying, for ten minutes. I told them just to give me a simple refund. He refused to do anything. When I told him I wasn't crazy to lie about $12 fajitas, he offered two tacos. I took them and left. Considering their aggressive attitude, I wouldn't be surprised if he spat in those tacos, so I threw them in a dumpster. I have spent two thousand dollars or more at that restaurant in the last two years, never going back there again. Accusing your customers of lying about an absent order is a no-no.
Eating was really good. we did the chicken and tacos teller through the journey through. they only came with chips and salsa, but it was enough food.
I have eaten here for a few years and now the cheese sauce is as thin as milk, not even stay on a chip. I will also quite often pick up well no longer they began to calculate a dollar to go fees, what for them do not have to wait my table to clean my teller? byebye
When I listen to the drive-dru window and I can hear the cook in the back sing I know my eating will be super good
I enjoyed my lunch, I got the steak-fajitas. also nice service. my only critique is that they need a little more taste.
