I waited in the drive-thru for nearly 15 minutes, while the outside lane was being served before us. The cashier at the window should have been able to efficiently take orders and process payments simultaneously. Both windows were staffed by young teenage boys who appeared unsure of their tasks. It might be beneficial to consider hiring more female staff, as they often seem better equipped to handle a busy drive-thru. I won’t be returning to this McDonald's, as the one in Smithfield is much quicker. The Selma location has been declining for a while now, so I’m grateful for the Smithfield store. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that we ordered a McFlurry for my grandson, only to be told the machine was broken—this seems to happen frequently.

We went through the drive-thru but they didn’t have what we wanted, so we ordered fresh fries without salt. The person handing out the food wouldn’t speak to us, didn’t provide straws, and wouldn’t answer our questions. The next day, we returned, but the guy taking our order was on his phone, discussing a Coke deal. We won’t be returning. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20.
