Contribuisci feedbackPlaced an order through the app, sent my boyfriend to pick it up for me. They told him my order had already been picked up, then claimed they never got my order despite me sending proof of it going through. They refused to do anything, not even refund me.
It was cold not clean, food and drinks terrible, I eat at olive garden in different locations often!
Not sure who it is but twice now someone in the drive threw has packed my food incorrectly. Tacos and Naco sauce were packed upside down so all the contents of the tacos were dumped out. Last time I ordered nachobell grande the girl in the drive threwhanded me the bag vertically and dumped it out as well. They are very friendly but they need to be trained correctly.
Drive thru cashier was friendly. Service with a smile. I love their $1 slush from 2-5.
Placed my order at the kiosk, paid at the kiosk. Dined in. My son is diabetic, he ordered a combo with a drink, he chose Baja Blast Zero. The kiosk said it was available as option, it was not, so he tried to get Pepsi Zero, it was out. I asked the staffto check and see if they could hook up a new one. They said we're out. No apology, my son ate his whole meal without a drink,not even a new cup to get water. They were rude about it all. The manager didn't even care as they were visible and asked. Iwill not go back, they just do not care about customer service.
