I did not expect that much but this one's banged for the bucks. I so love how the tofu skin complemented with the pork. Sipping the soup was a surprisingly flavorful herb broth. How I wish we could have the authentic one here in the Philippines.
Bak kut teh is really tasty. Soup has good flavours. However the soft ribs aren't tender and very fat. The other ingredients are delicious. It gets really crowded at night after 9pm
Serves one of the best bah kut teh, possibly top 5 in KL. I frequent this place because it opens till very late in the night and is an alternative meal at wee hours other than the regular mamak stalls. Although I didn't like that I have to park at the road side, I like the fact that the tables are outside the hot restaurant. <br/ <br/ The meat is tender and the soup is smooth and had more herbal taste that many other places. The service is really swift so there's not much of a waiting time.
Our dinner cost a total of RM41 which I think was slightly pricier than expected. Nevertheless it was a pleasant meal overall so we did not mind it at all. Even though the soup was kind of different from what we usually have, it was surprisingly very appetizing and we finished everything in a jiffy.
