Contribuisci feedbackI asked for butter on my bagel but received cream cheese instead, and when I requested almond milk for my coffee, I didn't get any at all. This happens every day. How difficult is it to meet a simple request? The basic skill needed to earn a living in this role is the ability to listen to customers, and if that's not something you can do, then perhaps you shouldn't be in this job.
My favorite location? They truly have the best staff attitudes! I especially appreciate the morning team, as I'm usually there in the mornings. Overall, I've had great experiences at any time of day. I've been visiting this location since it opened several years ago, and I really have no complaints, even when things run a bit behind schedule. I'm a pretty patient person, after all. At the end of the day, it’s just coffee, and I say that as someone who is quite passionate about it. There are far more important things in life, and these young adults are working incredibly hard to ensure that everyone has a positive experience. I don’t quite understand some of the negative reviews, but I want to express how pleased I am, and I will continue to frequent this store. Portia, the manager, is outstanding; she takes pride in her job, loves her staff, and genuinely cares about her customers.
This has to be the worst Starbucks I've ever visited. My girlfriend ordered a matcha latte, and it turned out poorly. I ordered an Irish cream, and that was also completely off. This consistently happens at this location.

Empty inside the store midday but workers were busy so must?ve been full of mobile orders or busy drive thru (didn?t look it). I felt I didn?t wait too long but I got a very simple drink- iced chai tea latte and many more drinks were going out before mine. An employee did apologize for the wait. Drink was fine but very very full of ice.
