Subway - Semmes

I just had an amazing experience with a three-foot sandwich! Erica, the lady who made our sandwiches, was fantastic—definitely the best so far! She was so friendly and genuinely engaged by asking questions. I really appreciate that! You need more people like her on your team! Love it!

I don’t usually go to Subway anymore, but I have to say this location was impressive! My wife and I were craving some cold sandwiches, so we decided to give Subway a try. When we arrived, there were two young employees working, and the place was quite busy. They were handling customers in front of and behind us, as well as online orders, but they remained focused and coordinated perfectly together. We left with our sandwiches, and I can honestly say they were the best we've ever had from any Subway! The two workers from last night definitely deserve a raise!

Maddy made the best sub! She was thrilled to have the freedom to create it however she wanted. I told her to put her heart into it, and I trusted her instincts. I wasn't familiar with her last name, but I nearly guessed her first name correctly. Her initials are M.A.D., and I can confidently say she radiates happiness. If you visit, make sure to see Maddy and let her know that she brings some love to your sub! You'll leave with a smile.
