Little Caesars Pizza - Senatobia

The young lady at the window today at 4:30 was quite rude. She seemed unwilling to engage in conversation and even rolled her eyes when I apologized. I was just trying to be polite. To top it off, my pizza wasn't even cut. I expected better service from Little Caesars.

I ordered a Fresharoni Pepperoni pizza but was mistakenly charged for an extra topping. When I brought this to their attention, the staff found the issue but were quite rude about it. When we finally received our pizza, it wasn't what we expected—it was more like an EMB pizza with just a few small peppers, and the center cut was missing. The quality of the ingredients at this location is disappointing. This is not my first negative experience here, and I would not recommend this place.

It's best to call ahead before visiting this restaurant. They don't offer what they advertise. A poster in the window claims they sell the Batman Calzony, but that’s not the case. When we asked at the checkout, we were informed that they don’t actually sell this item and that the poster should have been taken down already. This seems like a case of misleading advertising, which is not how I prefer to do business. I think we'll be going to Domino's tonight instead.

First of all, we 're in a pandemic and this store 's employees don 't even wear gloves, much less masks. Second of all, a most bestest with cheese seems to be just a regular plain cheese pizza. Save your money and order the regular cheese.

I never rate a place based on a single experience. That being said, I have been to this location 3 times in about the last 6 months. Two times I had to just leave the line after waiting 15 minutes with the line at a stand still. This final time it took exactly 15 minutes to get to the speaker and order, an additional 12 minutes to get to the window and pay, and 2 minutes to get my pizza. So, my entire experience took 29 minutes from start to finish. I just don't have that kind of time to invest into a $5 pizza. Especially with so many better options available. So, I will not be returning.
