Hachi Express Japanese Grille - Seneca

Was waiting to give my to go order to go. When a winner came up pulled out his phone and read off about six orders!!! . I left and will not ever go back. Shame they have good food, just no front help.

Food and service both in the restaurant and take out is excellent.

The food was delicious and fresh. They also have really good sweet tea. The portion sizes are huge for what you pay.

They have bad customerseevice. They wouldn’t give me a replacement meal when they messed up my original order. Also, wouldn’t wait for me to get a replacement meal even tho I was willing to drive back. So disappointed

Kids meal is a great for a lunch portion. Rice didn 't seem fried and was dry. They did not ask what temp on my steak and it was chewy. The yum-yum sauce is awful- taste like ketchup/mayo with sugar. They should try using tom paste. Service isn 't great either.
