Rainbow Garden Chinese - Seneca

I don't understand the point of calling in an order and being given a time for when it will be ready if they don't even start preparing it until you arrive. From the moment I placed my order, it took an hour and a half for it to actually be ready!

The food felt like leftovers that had been reheated. The beef in our rice was soggy, as if it had been washed. Everything tasted stale, as if it had been sitting under a hot lamp on a buffet for too long.

Not everything is perfect. I ordered wings, but they didn't even offer any sauce to go with them. The quality of the food doesn't justify the prices.

Amazing that 2 people bring this kitchen together! Wait a bit, but the food is so good that it's worth it?

Took waaaaay too long to get my lunch order. I ordered ahead of the gentleman who got his food before me. He ordered beef and broccoli. My order was 4 wings and chicken lo-mein. There was only 2 of us in the entire restaurant. It took about 28 min to get my order. It took almost 10 min to get my order, after the gentleman got his. What ever happened to 1st come, 1st serve? And, I was almost late for work. Unacceptable!
