Dunkin' - Senoia

I stop at this Dunkin almost every day that I work and every day the woman in the drive-through has an attitude, they refuse to give me what I ask for because they say that the demand on blueberry donuts or munchkins is too high for me to be able torequest it? If the demand on blueberry munchkins is that high would it not make more sense to make more? I previously stoppedhere and was very happy with the service that I received, but since that woman started working there I am very displeased andwill be Going to McDonald?s instead.

We had an opportunity to visit tonight and had wonderful service. Brittan was so friendly and kind. She had a genuine smile and went above and beyond for us. The doughnuts were fresh and the coffee was perfect A

This place used to be a decent place with friendly staff. The other day, we went inside and asked one of the employees who is usually really friendly, what filling was inside one of the chocolate topped donuts. He answered with a attitude. Didn?t thinkanything of it and thought maybe he was just having a bad day. Tonight, we pulled up at 8:45 to get coffee. One employee wasstanding by the drive thru window on her phone and another male employee was mopping the floor. When we pulled up they both gaveus some of the dirtiest looks I?ve ever seen and the male employee threw his mop down aggressively and walked off towards theback of the store, while the female employee continued to stare us down. We decided it wasn?t worth the trouble and drove off.I?ve given this place multiple chances with their attitudes. I won?t be back!

I bought about 30 bucks work of donuts ???? for the grandbabies, they're not very fresh, and the vanilla creme filled actually had zero filling in 4 of them????????I'm not one to EVER complain, but I had a long drive back home, so we kept them..

A brand new outlet just opened near us. We stopped in for a dozen donuts early afternoon and were pleasantly surprised to see a good selection still available. Thank you to the staff who greeted us and made us feel welcome. We'll be back for our DD fixsoon.
