The food at this restaurant is excellent, and the head chef shows a clear dedication to using local ingredients and top-notch culinary skills. The timing of the meals could be improved (expect to spend around 2.5 hours for each meal), but the staff is friendly and attentive. The music could be improved, and the restaurant space can get chilly, but the tables are spacious and comfortable. The atmosphere is not too noisy, making conversation easy. I hope to see this talented chef open her own restaurant in the United States someday.
