Contribuisci feedbackI went with a same-day reservation, and fortunately, I was able to move from a floor seating to a regular table at Dachijari. The floor seating was not bad, but I found the regular table to be more attractive here. First, the atmosphere aside, starting from the food we ordered was incredibly delicious. Unfortunately, the beetroot-cured salmon was sold out, so we ordered the "egginer nest" and "tomato pasta topped with burrata cheese" instead. The bread they served before our order arrived was explained to be made without flour, and it was really delicious. The egginer nest is truly tasty. Those who enjoy thick carbonara sauce may want to scrape it up with a spoon. The tomato pasta had a unique taste compared to other places, and the burrata cheese was wonderfully chewy. I almost ordered the ribeye steak after finishing my meal, but after contemplating over a glass of wine, I decided to save the steak for next time. The owner mentioned that they will be changing the restaurant into a wine bar format within this month, but I hope they will continue serving their delicious dishes. Highly recommended for a date course.
A sophisticated wine bar near Yeongdeungpo-gu Office Station. The dishes exuded the chef's pride. The taste was more ordinary than expected, but the atmosphere was so nice that it would be a good place to visit when in the mood.
