This company has been producing baked goods that are completely vegan and gluten-free. their signatures are small filled cakes called chapssaruni 루 deserves daily. The cake part is baked from a teig that contains both rice flour and glutin rice, which makes it soft and sponge while it is also moist. each taste comes with another filling that is semi-liquid, e.g. chocolate cake or a rich green tea spread. the company only works after delivery and they must place their orders online. each item costs approx. 3500 krw and is individually packed. as there is also a delivery fee, I recommend ordering a few cakes at once. the cakes can be stored in the freezer for a few weeks! if they log on to their homepage, they can use the reference code bongbong733 to get an additional credit of 2000 krw!

Seen them for long time but always seemed a hassle to order when I had no idea what they taste like. Now I know... they are really good! Will get more to try.

I’ve had multiple flavors both from pop up events and some that I’ve bought frozen online. The texture is amazing and all the flavors are delicious. The texture is even more amazing if you can get them from a pop up instead of unthawing frozen ones.
