P.F visits chang is for lunch with employees. there were not many vegan options, only three in the did. if they ask the waiters, the vegan options show them a green leaf symbol beside certain items and say only those are vegan. but these actually contain seafood. so they avoid everything on the menu, except the ones I post here. the vegan menu has three items: 1. Stir-fried aubergine; 2. Coconut curry vegetables; 3. ma po tofu. I had the coconut curry vegetables with Hyunmi-Bab (brown rice) there is also a white rice option. the court was somehow costly won at 18900, but the part was quite large. Maybe they want to share it with someone. it tasted great, but the taste was overwhelming after a past. we also ordered banana spring rolls for dessert. it was served with ice (not vegan) and a small part of fresh fruits. it was too sweet and I didn't like it, but my employees seemed to like it. look at the pictures of the menu that I have published before going. it will really help. bon appetit! updated by previous review on 2020-07-28
I went to P.F. Chang's for lunch with my coworkers and found that there were only three vegan options on the menu. The vegan items are indicated by a green leaf symbol, but some of them actually contained seafood so it's best to only stick to the three items I mention here. The vegan menu includes stir-fried eggplant, coconut curry vegetables, and Ma Po Tofu. I tried the coconut curry vegetables with brown rice and found it to be a bit pricey at 18,900 won, but the portion was large enough to share. The dish was tasty but the flavor became overwhelming after a while. For dessert, we had banana spring rolls served with ice cream (not vegan) and a small portion of fresh fruit. It was too sweet for my liking, but my coworkers enjoyed it. I recommend checking out the menu pictures I posted before going to help you navigate the limited vegan options. Enjoy your meal! I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of vegetarian options at this restaurant. In addition to the starters and desserts, there were about 6 vegetarian dishes to choose from. We ordered 2 main dishes, which turned out to be too much food, but the staff kindly packaged the leftovers for us. I highly recommend trying the stir-fried eggplant and coconut curry.
There is a separate menu for English-speaking vegans and vegetarians. The mapo tofu was a bit dry, but the fried rice was delicious!
