Sprout Korea Natural Whole Food Service

I recently relocated to Korea from Vancouver and was on the lookout for some healthy dining options. This restaurant truly exceeded my expectations. The rotating menu is fantastic, and I have been impressed by everything I have tried so far. The prices are very affordable, and I appreciate that they offer delivery anywhere in Seoul for a minimal fee. Additionally, their customer service is top-notch. When they forgot to include a sauce with one of my salads, they went above and beyond to make it right by sending me three complimentary items worth around $20, along with free delivery. I can't recommend this place enough!

I tried Sprout during my quarantine and it was a fantastic choice. Ordering was simple and the food was absolutely delicious! I enjoyed it so much that I have continued with the 3 day meal plan even after quarantine. I was initially worried that the food wouldn't be as tasty, but I was proven wrong! The garlic hummus and lemon cookies were especially amazing. Please bring back the lemon cookies on the menu! I highly recommend Sprout to anyone looking for healthy, vegan, or simply delicious food. It's a great value!

I have been ordering from Sprout for almost a year now. It's a significant improvement from the questionable school lunches I used to have for lunch, and it's the easiest dinner to make after a long day at work. The food is delicious and stays fresh in the fridge all week. They frequently update their menu and recently added a burger bowl salad that is incredible. They offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to get in shape, eat healthier, or just feeling a bit lazy like me. Ordering is simple and they are quick to respond to emails. A peppermint chocolate cake with chocolate mint whipped cream frosting would be a great way to thank me.

This place is hands-down the best food in the city! The chef really knows what he's doing. I look forward to the meal delivery, they nail it every time. I especially love the breakfast and dessert, but literally every single item is delicious. Great variety, so many choices! and great service. Communication and arranging delivery was very easy. I have been ordering from Sprout frequently for about 3 years now since the days of picking up at Jamie's house. What can I say? Great stuff, nice weekly variety, amazing desserts... it's a big part of my diet, and I'm really happy I found them.
