This Sunday, with friends, we had taken care to book at 10 a.m. for a lunch at 1 p.m. The room was noisy due to maximum filling and proximity to minimalist tables. Without being able to enjoy the usual menu, we all opted for the grilled formula on Sunday. The dish that was served consisted of 2 feet of pork completely grilled and immangeable, bone and ankle. AUCUN MORCEAU DE QUALITE. The meat was cold. This dish is, it seems to us, rather intended for animals at the end of the service. No blanket in the dish: we were invited to use our own blankets. Amazing in this period of resurgence of the pandemic! When we shared our disappointment with the waitress, she told us that we should have asked for good pieces. We stayed without a voice! We cannot exchange: we are faced with a lack of listening, empathy, a lack of consideration and respect. No excuses, no commercial gesture. The worst culinary experience shared with friends.
