Contribuisci feedbackA shame!!! No professionalism in this place, my family barely installed on a table while I was placing the order inside. The vigil comes to see them to make them leave the table as clean evils, either saying that it is the settlement rules!!! The staff inside have all confirmed that this is their rules!!! At the price we pay the bottom. I will never put my feet there again It happened on 09/07/22 at 1pm
Hello Mr To put the facts in perspective following your second email, before your communication I had on the phone on Monday a collaborator of the Serris store, who the facts exposed proved to a rare insolence, unworthy of a customer who was merely recounting the act of purchase of the day before and the problem to which he was confronted, that is what motivated me to write his various opinions. From then on through the conversation and after I told him that he was recorded in order to moderate his remarks while it was nothing, it only strengthened his arrogance, as what!!!. Basically a customer comes looking for pastries in your store and not problems and even less getting treated like this, there are ad oc trainings on the customer relationship and its respect, it would be useful to make them enjoy it, it are customers who pay the salaries and not Ladurée. I let you imagine that it can be my state of mind to date in any case certainly not positive with regard to your sign and these practices. You expose me to your difficulty in gathering the elements in order to justify your response time, a first email saying that may nevertheless be sent immediately to the client who will understand your procedure. I reiterate my remarks about the lightnings that were not of the day, a padded cabbage pate is a sign of a certain lifetime, thank you for questioning your pâtissiers on the subject, which will confirm my sayings, that your rules of management recommend the exclusion of the ray every night the pastries of the day are not the guarantor that it be done correctly. I can't let you say they weren't at my taste, they weren't gustatively good just. The proof about the cake in DLC of the day, or the seller did not inform me of its peremption of the day, otherwise I would not have taken it, since even with a certain appetite, 2 flashes for the evening sufficed me, finally I asked for a separate packaging for the box of macarons to offer, and not for the cake, because I mentioned to the next week Even though your aging studies make you recommend a 5-day DLC validated by veterinary services and a sale up to 5 days that the customer finds himself with less than a day to consume the product, a withdrawal to J 1 would be more acceptable in terms of sale and an additional guarantee for the consumer with fair information. I also do not return to the quality and your non-posting obligation, except error on my part (but the waiting before being served has been long), regarding the sale of defrost products, the macarons in this case being part. I wouldn't make you the offence of applying the rules on this matter. It is also true that I refuse your commercial gesture, such was not my approach. cordially
When we arrived in La Vallée Village before yesterday, we planned to buy macarons at Pierre Hermé, but the store’s dealer was very busy with his smartphone and having completely ignored us, we decided to push a little further, towards his direct competitor in this field. It was an evil for a good, because we were delighted with our purchases at Ladurée Vallée Village. The young woman who served at the counter reserved us a nice welcome and gave us all useful details to stop our choices. In the window: macaroons (normal size and maxi size) and cakes all more appetizing each other. The cakes were very tempting, but it was out of the question for us to taste them, to install us on the tables and metal chairs of the store’s terrace (there is no dining space inside) with the ice temperatures that reigned outside. So we bought macaroons, planning to come back to the beautiful days for a little gourmet taster. Macarons Cassis Violette, Citron Vert Coco, Caramel Banane, Fruit de la Passion, Philtre d’Amour (with chocolate ganache Itakuja, curcuma, mango purée and ginger), Marie Antoinette (with tea infused cream Marie Antoinette : tea black China and India, rose petals, citrus and honey), It’s the Vie Anier macarons Nice to our choices because they were all very good, with a heart blow from us for the fruit of passion: a festival in the mouth!
There are all the codes of luxury, the staff is well formatted, but it's just a point of sale that receives its products from a centralized kitchen.. but the macaron product seems to me now overfeited and over-charged! Pierre Hermé's extraordinary period at the launch of the macaron at Ladurée is over
Warm welcome, great choice of macaroons, and some pastries. We opted for a box of macarons, safe value and an Ispahan (individual part) it is a macaron with pink, with raspberry and litchis. By going to the laduree we were expecting an exceptional pastry shop and it's nothing! A little disappointed
