Unastoria - Sète

This is the new brewery on Sète, with a breathtaking view of the beach of Lido. We heard of it, we said: go and try and hope it is not a fisherman (like many on Sète). And we validate!!! The boss is pleasant and cool, the waitress/servers in small care, the very good meal. We had a good time, we'll be back.

In reality, the brewery/restau is called Celestine but does not appear on the maps. Very pleasant with a beautiful view on the beach and the sea. My burrata and the selection of tomatoes were very good!

We had the chance to have a big sun the terrace was full. Well thought out the weekend to book. We loved to eat some oysters in the aperitif, To continue the choice of the map of the day was very good, we chose a very good hamburger with camenbert with homemade potatoes, a huge Gambas risotto, gnocchis tomato basilics burrata, delicious.... The staff is in small care, dedication to the young waitress of the top professional weekend I think one of the best new terraces in Sète 2022.

The restaurants seem to be called celera. The service is fast and efficient. Ice cream is really handmade and delicious.

The welcome surprised us a bit (choice of the table, not having a QR code reader, having allergies so it was not easy for choice etc... , we felt it was annoying. We have put this on the account of the end of the season and we have stayed (I admit that the idea has crossed my mind to leave as soon as we arrived. But we did well because the dishes were delicious. And the last young waiter was smiling and charming.
