KFC - Seven Hills

Yesterday and today, I visited the KFC in Parklea. Both times, the cashiers at the drive-thru were not friendly and seemed robotic in their interactions with me. They did not seem interested in helping me and were almost hostile in their attitude. Today, when I went to pay at the window, the cashier seemed unhappy and indifferent to my presence. I greeted her, but she just shoved the card machine at me without saying a word. I mentioned that the meal was expensive, as I only wanted a small coleslaw, small potatoes, gravy, and 3 pieces of chicken. She didn't respond. When I asked for a receipt, she handed it to me abruptly and closed the window. I realized she had not given me any sauces, so I had to knock on the window to get her attention and she ignored me until she had to acknowledge me. When I asked for sauce, she threw it at me without a word and closed the window. I asked to speak to the manager at the next window and explained what had happened. The manager's response was that this kind of behavior happens often and he would talk to the cashier. It's unacceptable for staff to treat customers this way, and I don't believe that the manager will address the issue if he thinks it's a common occurrence.

The fish, chips, and potato with gravy were disappointing. Everything had no flavor and the fish seemed to have been cooked in old and dirty oil, lacking taste and appearing to have been sitting for a while. The chips tasted like they had been reheated without any flavor. The potato and gravy were also lacking in taste.

At two places has from huh on another from burgers running the place is never clean is disgusting not visiting

This restaurant is consistently unclean, the employees are impolite, and there is always a long wait for nuggets. I don't like coming here often, but sometimes you just have a craving. There is always a shortage of staff, but they are quick when taking orders.

If you want fresh KFC and good service then DON'T STOP HERE!!! The chicken pieces are very small and are dripping with oil so you certainly can't taste anything but oil. Definitely not fresh. The chips are rubbery and cold, the burgers are sloppy and...look like they have been thrown together. The staff seem to prefer chatting and joking amongst themselves rather than listening to or serving customers. The only recommendation I have regarding this KFC is to avoid it!
