I visited this restaurant before Christmas, following a positive experience earlier in December. The service and food during my first visit were excellent and met all of my expectations. However, my most recent visit was a stark contrast. The service was average and disorganized, but the food was still good. The main issue during this visit was a misunderstanding regarding the loyalty scheme. My partner and I have been gold status members for over a year and have never had any issues until now. It seemed that there was some reluctance from the staff to honor all of our discounts, which was frustrating. The staff should be aware of all the details and benefits of the loyalty program, and their confusion was unprofessional. This experience left me feeling disappointed and frustrated, and I do not plan on returning anytime soon. Customers should not feel awkward or uncomfortable when using a loyalty program.
