This restaurant offers an excellent dining experience with a fantastic menu and a great selection of beers, all set in a beautiful location. It's truly the perfect country pub.

Fantastic pub located in a charming village. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was very inviting. The food was outstanding and incredibly affordable. I enjoyed a three-course lunch for just £14.95, which was perfect. My partner also appreciated the variety of beers available at the bar. We sat by the fire on a dreary rainy day—it couldn't have been better!

Splendid place. The meal was flawless, amazing steak and kidney pudding, truffle mash with just the right amount of truffles in, they even managed to change my long held opinion that sprouts are the vegetable of Satan with how well they were cooked they succeeded where many have tried and many have failed. Lovely proprietors, they even sprung a birthday surprise for my wife which was a lovely touch (and has given me endless brownie points even after I rightfully gave the pub full credit. Remarkable). Well kept beer too. Lovely people. Nice fire. Very affable spaniel. Highly recommended.
