Contribuisci feedback9/7/2023 I came here for a sub I needed to split my transaction so I asked the Middle Eastern man if he could split the transactions he shook his head and told me no because apparently he didn’t know how this was around 4:30 PM, so today I go back in 9/8/2023 and there was a young Middle Eastern girl, who didn’t greet me or acknowledge me at all. I waited almost 30 seconds for her to finish texting on her phone and having a conversation with the other girl that was in the back after she finished texting, she didn’t wash her hands before putting gloves on at all. The dining room had trash and crumbs and clothes all on the floor and the tables. This 100% falls on management.
I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at a Subway restaurant location that has left me with no choice but to warn others to steer clear. The service was truly terrible, to say the least.My ordeal began when I asked for spinach to be added to my sandwich. To my astonishment, the lady behind the counter literally took two measly leaves of spinach and placed them onto my sandwich. I politely asked for more, hoping that it was just a mistake. However, she nonchalantly added two more leaves, as if it was a favor she reluctantly granted. It was a bafflingly inadequate amount of spinach that left my sandwich feeling lackluster and unappetizing.At that point, I should have simply walked out and found another place to grab a bite to eat. The lack of care and effort put into creating a simple sandwich was disheartening. I'm unsure if this experience was a result of poor management or an individual server with a lack of attention to customer satisfaction.Regardless, I have made the decision never to return to this Subway location again. The disappointing service and lackluster sandwich have left a lasting impression, and I don't want others to endure the same disappointing experience.

I put in an order over UberEats , I ordered a sub called the monster, its described as a hot sandwich with steak with crispy bacon. When my food got here it was cold. The steak was never heated up , nor was the bacon. All cold. I then call the store to figure out if it's common practice to serve cold steak and bacon and then the woman that answered the phone says I didn't ask for it to be heated. Which is true I didn't want it toasted but surely didn't think I'd have to specifically type I wanted the steak and bacon heated because again, the description of the sandwich stated the meats were hot. All they did was jumble a bunch of foreign language to me then blamed the Uber guy as if he made the sandwich or something. I asked for a manager and those 2 winners of employees just passed the phone back and forth , blamed everyone else like me and the Uber guy and then went silent when what I said finally clicked in there heads. I promised I would leave a review and that's what I'm doing. Hopefully who ever owns this place gets rid of those 2 employees. Absolutely horrible customer service. This is likely why this place is never busy. I won't go here again. The sub is essentially trash it already has the veggies on it to where it cannot be heated. If only those 2 did there jobs. Save your money and find another subway. This place misses the mark
