I purchased a pre-made birthday cake here for my daughter's 21st birthday, and this was my first visit to the shop. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed. The cake had barely any icing on it at all—just a thin layer on the top and sides, with no icing at all in the middle. It was just a large cylinder of chocolate cake designed to look like a layered cake, which seemed quite unusual. I also tried the cake truffles, but they had a gluey texture. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience.

We had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a cake for my son's birthday through email and went in a week ago to pay the deposit. However, when I went to pick up the cake today, they had no record of our order and no cake ready. I only received a refund after I was able to show them the card transaction. I can't understand how this could happen, but it did. My son was very disappointed on his birthday, so we ended up having to go to Safeway instead.

I stopped in on a Thursday to get a vegan cupcake for my child who has terrible allergies. My child took 1 bite of the cupcake and immediately stopped eating it. She broke out in hives, and had a serious allergic reaction. I quickly called them to ask what was in the cupcake.
