Papa Johns Pizza - Severna Park

Very rude staff. Called to ask about changing my order because of my egg allergy. Taking my business elsewhere due to poor attitude from management.

I give 5 stars for Papa John's but zero stars for uber eats in this case. My order never arrived, but when I went to papa John's, they fixed everything immediately. Don't order Papa John's on Uber Eats, but order or pick up your order. :

Honestly, the pizza is woeful, but it's close and the online ordering and delivery are super easy. Plan ahead and order anywhere else in the area.

Staff was nice, food was hot, and the place was fairly clean when I picked up my food. Garlic sauce, 11/10. Now that they have stuffed crust pizza, I tend to come here instead of pizza hut.

Ordered twice in the last month and it seems like they either changed their ingredients due to rising prices or overcooked the dough cuz every slice wouldnt cut all the way through.
