Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This place is the worst!!!! The guy rushed me on the speaker and before I finished my order just went off the speaker. I said hello a few times no answer. He didn?t even say hold on or anything. So I get to the window and completed my order. Still rudeness and I had a very difficult time understanding them with the heavy accent, maybe that?s why they had an attitude because I had to keep asking them to repeat themselves. So I get my food, thrown together and I was missing 2 fries and a sandwich. Go to the door it?s locked so I knocked, and the guy whom I think could have been the manager threw his hand up and shewed me away. The line was wrapped around the drive thru I wasn?t going to go sit in that AGAIN! That was just not right, all my food would have been cold. But since he shewed me away I just walked to the window and asked for my money back. They were rude!!!! I get they were busy but geeezzzz?.. def won?t return here?.. you don?t have to treat people that way!!!!

This Popeyes was a 5 star when it opened. It's been in steady decline since. My last 4 orders over the past 2 months were as bad as they come. My chicken tenders were bone dry and old, they forgot biscuits, mash potatoes, tenders and dipping sauces on different orders. They were unapologetic about any of the mistakes. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

This is the second time I have been there since they opened. The first time I ordered a four (4) pc. Chicken dinner, absolutely horrible I threw it out after a couple of bites. Today, I gave it a second chance, ordered chicken strips, cole slaw and biscuits. Not sure what the chicken was, looked like nuggets trying to be strips, they were as horrible as the chicken months ago, they gave me fries said they were out of cole slaw and the biscuits were the size of a ritz cracker, again because I had already left the facility, I had to throw it out. The service was poor three employees working a forth eating lunch at lunch hour (that makes a lot of sense). Will never eat at Popeye?s again, I will go across the street to Royal Farms.

This location is terrible. The service is slow, they skimp you on sauces (give you 1 sauce for a 5 piece strip), are out of blackened ranch, and claim not to accept Popeyes gift cards for payment.

I did not get what I ordered. Neither meal. Even though I verbally double checked it with the female at the drive thru window. They have done it before. They just give you what they have and hope you will drive away. Well I will be the one to sit at the window and take an inventory before I leave. Sorry to hold everybody up but it is the only way you will get what you pay for.
