O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Severy

Just got a 6.oz top sirloin, potato and salad. For $16. This was the worst meal I've had in a while. The steak was supposed to be cooked Medium. The outside was burnt and was so tough you couldn't eat it. Feed to my dog. Really. The potato was just as small as the steak. I could have gotten a meal at Fuji express better that this and not as much. Just had a taste for steak today. What is so bad about this is this is the second time this has happened, everyone deserves and second chance, but one thing for sure it is my last trip. Still hungry.

Much improved over last visit during post COVID times. Expanded menu options, daily specials, good service, and great food. It's as good or better than pre COVID. We'll be coming back soon.

The fried shrimp was delicious. My husband had baked salmon on cedar plank that he enjoyed.

Draft beer tasted like a dishwasher. Food was subpar. What drove me to write this bad review were 2 gentleman walking around asking patrons to buy krispy creme donuts. Now why would a franchise allow 2 men coming in going table to table asking them to buy donuts?. Unreal!!!

Great food, good service. It was so hot inside I was literally sweating through the meal. This was at 7:30pm. The restrooms were even hotter than the dining area. You shouldn’t even be open if your air conditioning can’t support cooling a restaurant that is 3/4 empty.
