Joe's Crab Shack - Sevierville

Went here for my daughters 10th birthday and our experience was amazing. Our server Gary was very nice and attentive, always checked up on us and just a cool person. The food was amazing and very fresh. The restaurant was very clean and all the staff was super friendly. Will definitely return when back in Gatlinburg.

Pricing seems a little high, but it is Pigeon Forge and seafood in Tennessee. The food was delicious and got to us relatively quick. We sat at the bar and our bartender was absolutely phenomenal. Quite possibly the best service I have ever received. If you?re looking for a non local seafood place Joes is your stop.

Food was awesome but our waiter was not quick or attentive at all. He did seem knowledgeable about the menu at first though. We had to wait almost 20 minutes after we were done for our bill so we could leave.

Delicious food, nice atmosphere, friendly staff!! Cheaper than Bubba Gump, and a little more for your money! Well worth a stop!

Our waiter was great. I had stomach surgery a few years back and can't eat a lot. He let me order off the kids menu, even brought me crayons in case I wanted to color. Lol, food was great too. He gave my husband recommendations on what was and what wasn't worth it for the money. Husband thoroughly enjoyed the crab steamed bucket. Well go back!!
