Contribuisci feedbackVisited this location several times, always pretty decent. Today we decided to place an online order, when we went to pick it up the only employee there was outside smoking. He apologized several times, went inside and made our sandwiches. I didn't watch him make our food. When we got home I opened the wrapper and realized there was NO MEAT on it, and we even payed for double meat. We went back to the store and he apologized again a few more times and made a new sandwich. The employee was very nice and helpful, but we were in a hurry, thus the online order, and in the end I had to wait twice to have my sandwich made.
Awesome!! Guy made my pizza amazing, sub's turned out great. Everything was VERY clean and food looked extremely fresh. Bread was soft and cookies were amazing like always! Keep up the good work to the two guys working today around 1230.
The young lady working tonight had several online orders and at least 5 people in line. She was rocking it out and doing such a wonderful job. You?re blessed with an employee that works as hard as she is and with a smile on her face!
Updating to 5 stars. Returned to location and the issue below has been corrected. I used to eat at this location every single day; no exaggeration. Every day. It was EXCELLENT! The new store manager and sandwich artists must be so concerned with food costs that they give about half the amount of protein and veggies that should be on a wrap. I can 't speak for subs, but the wraps are an absolute joke now. There is more of the wrap in each bite than anything. Even lettuce and spinach is placed sparingly. So if you love bread sandwiches, use this location. Otherwise, I would keep on driving. Highly recommend all Gatlinburg locations.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! Today is the 3rd time walking out because cannot get service. Employees will only make one sandwich at a time...even wait if it 's cooking, instead of taking another order. First time waited 15 min, just 3 people in line with 2 employees. 2nd time, 1 person ordered six sandwiches, 15 minutes in line, gave up and left. 3rd time today, employees are taking forever! One person working while manager walks around, never says hello or offers to help. I gave up and left because have to go work and cannot wait all day while one employee learns their job. Employees are EXTREMELY slow and while one works, other will be not working. Makes no sense, and losing your locals that keep you in business is not good. FIX THIS PROBLEM. MULTI-TASK AND GREET THE CUSTOMERS, AT LEAST SAY HELLO, WELCOME TO SUBWAY, I WILL BE WITH YOU ASAP! Will be contacting corporate to let them know needs work.
