Thai Basil - Sevierville

The food was delightful, and the service was outstanding. The staff was very friendly. I dined in, and it was affordable, costing between $10 and $20 per person. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.

It's worth a visit. The food was a bit salty for my taste, particularly the papaya salad, which could benefit from a bit more sweetness and sourness. The noodles were also too salty, to the point where I couldn't finish half of the dish; unfortunately, I can't recall its name. The tom yum soup was enjoyable, though I think it would be even better with pork instead of chicken. The hot tea could have been improved as well. The lighting was nice and created a pleasant ambiance, although the atmosphere felt a bit humid. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, service a 4, and atmosphere a 4.

Ok, I really hate doing reviews. I make it appoint to only review if really good or really bad. In this case, it wasbreally really bad. I ordered from this place based on previous review and good others said the food was. Well I'm visiting from out of town, had a taste for Thai food. I ordered the Pad Thai. The ABSOLUTE WORST!! I had a container full of noodles, dry chicken an old soggy lime that looked like it had been previously used and some crushed peanuts. Ok, so the peanuts were pretty good. The noodles were all stuck together, dry, no flavor not even salt. I would have taken it back had not been for the distance a time it was and I had 2 kids with me. Luckily they had CHIC FIL-A so I didn't have to go back. I'm no stranger to Thai food in fact I eat it often. This was truly a horrible experience. Fifteen plus dollars out. Oh well. Maybe in this area, Smokey Mountains of TN, this is what their used to and consider good. IT'S NOT GOOD ON ANY LEVEL!! Service: Take out Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
