Antigua Taberna De Las Escobas

We were looking for a place to eat near to the chatedral and found this oane. We have met the kindess waiter (Hourri) and asked him if the service is fast since we had almost 1 hour until our planned visit. We took two lunch menus and Hourri was there us for any little thing, although it was kind of busy. The experience was nice, but Hourri was the best.

I got the tapas sampler (love that they offer this). Some tasty croquettes, made with a less overpowering cheese than we’ve had other places, but the ratatouille was the winner. Wish I’d just gotten that! We love trying different things and this gave us the opportunity to test a few items. The interior looks so cool but paper menus that double as a placemat kind of kill the vibe in my opinion.

Food was lovely and affordable. Very helpful staff with good English. There is also a good cooling system outside to make eating very comfortable.
