Castizo - Sevilla

Amazing staff .. you can walk in here or book a table opens (8.30 pm but the queue stars at 8.15) to sit at the bar where you watch the professional chefs perform their magic . Unique fresh food beautifully presented flavours which you can’t quite identify and only want more of ! We were in Seville for 3 nights and ate here twice both times we received exceptional food and service . I left my sunglasses and returned to the restaurant where the waiter was waiting with my lost sun glasses !

We stumbled by this restaurant and without reservations , we were happy to sit at the bar . Best spot we could watch the preparation required to prepare each dish no need to see the menu , everything was so tempting , we almost took one of each! The barman was very friendly and provided great recommendations. The tuna tartare scallops were so tasty we had to go back another night for seconds ! Great vibe and reasonable price for this quality .

Really nice tapas bar with lots of great options and some heavier entrees. Get there when they open and grab a seat at the bar. You get the same great experience and can watch the chefs do their work live!
