El Burladero - Sevilla

We sat inside, which lacked atmosphere and customers. Tapas itself was beautifully presented and tasted pretty good, but the service felt a bit like them doing us a favour. The food won us over though, especially the tuna tartar. I am sure being outside would have improved the experience. Worth a try, but sit outside.

The restaurant did not open until 8.30pm so when we arrived the door shutter was half raised at 8.20 pm. There was movement inside and someone came out to say we could not come in as the shutter would not be completely open until 8.30pm. So we waited and at 8.34pm we were allowed in. Reason entry was not allowed was Health and Safety . We were not amused with this explanation but continued to have a reasonable meal of Tapas , but was not overawed with the quality.

Si te encuentras en el hotel y no quieres salir a cenar fuera, este restaurante está bien, pero no es nada del otro mundo. En Sevilla, hay 1000 lugares mejores que este restaurante, casi exclusivamente para "extranjeros". La ensalada César era muy mala y el solomillo era aceptable, pero estaba acompañado de una cama poco acertada de espárragos y aceitunas negras. Los precios son acordes a un restaurante de un hotel 5*.

Good value for money, good atmosphere and decoration. The attention was shaken although some of the employees lacked some tables and experience, therefore not the 5 stars.

We stayed at the hotel where the teasing is part. Dinner every night is this restaurant, if you want a quality dinner that is not copious and well served, it is a magnificent choice. The best thing is to see the menu before to see if you answer your own expectations.
