Extremely disappointed... If the frame is perfect, and when we get to the place seems idyllic, we were then surprised. the Hotel doesn't deserve 5 Stars no valet service, no bagagiste, no reception at the SPA, dust at the tower of the indoor pool, equipment SPA down. spider canvas with spiders under the SPA chairs and on the balcony of the room. broken pool deck, swimming pool protection window, unmaintained and unleavened garden. very light breakfast, certainly very good, but pingre. if the staff is very charming and pleasant, it is not at the height of a 5-star. the hotel, for its services, is worth a small 4-star hotel and I have known 3-star hotels with more services and cleaner. we then stayed at VALRUGUE (5* and BASTIDE DE TOURTOUR (4* , day and night! 380 € per night, we delighted! It was almost from the scam at that price... a shame because the Hotel has a huge potential! We'd have to get the management back together!
