The barista was incredibly nice and friendly, and I think this is one of the best white mochas I've tasted in town. I highly recommend giving them a try! Their address is 5655 Old Seward Highway.
The staff is attentive, the service is prompt, and the location is fantastic, offering a wide variety of drinks to choose from. You can either create your own flavor combination or select from their menu, making sure you'll soon savor a drink that the owners can truly be proud to serve. There are also a few tasty snacks available. With convenient business hours for most people, it’s an ideal place to relax. Sometimes, a late afternoon espresso is just what you need to wrap up another day in the Bay.
This café is somewhat hidden, so I appreciate the signs for espresso and food along Old Seward that make it easier to locate. I've consistently had great experiences here. The baristas are friendly, and the prices for food and drinks are very reasonable. They offer a daily drink special; during my last visit, it was a macaroon-inspired blend of coconut and French vanilla. I tried it as a latte, and also ordered a black bean breakfast burrito. While I enjoyed the latte, I found it a bit too sweet for my liking (I'll remember to request less syrup next time). The black bean burrito was packed with egg, cheese, potatoes, and black beans, and came with a side of salsa. It was hearty and filling, though quite starchy with the beans and potatoes—so filling that it was enough for me to split into two meals. On another occasion, I had an iced wedding cake latte (vanilla, coconut, and Irish cream) in a 20-ounce size, which included four shots of espresso. I really liked the stronger flavor from the extra espresso; it balanced the sweetness perfectly. They also offer a prepaid $20 card that gives you a free drink with purchase, along with a punch card. Unlike other coffee shops I’ve visited, the baristas here allow you to combine the prepaid card with the punch card. This spot is definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!
Absolutely fantastic! Consistently impressive! I could rave about this place for hours. Out of all the coffee shops I've been to, this one is by far the best in Alaska. After spending 10 years in the state, I can confidently say that their coffee roast and brew are unmatched. They strike the perfect balance, whether you like your coffee sweet, creamy, or any other way. The staff is wonderful and always provides reliable service. I can't wait to visit again!
This drive-thru offers an impressive selection, especially for a quick stop. They can prepare nearly any type of coffee you can think of, and there are plenty of snack options too, including donuts, nachos, and Kates Epic Trail Bites, which are locally made in Anchorage! It's a great place for a coffee break!
