Firebrand Bbq - Seward

Awesome BBQ on this rainy day after fishing. We were with a bunch of people for a work event and Firebrand was able to accommodate everyone's needs. Service was fast and they had a nice selection of beers to choose from. We were so happy they had coverage on this rainy day but then we lucked out and it didn't rain: ! They also have fire places to keep you warm if necessary. This has become an annual event for us after fishing and some people doing lost lost lake run.

This place is so good! I was craving some southern comfort food and I ran into dome bbq. I came one afternoon and had their pull port sandwich . It was very good and flavorful. They have their own bbq sauce and you might want to add some additional flavor. I also noticed that they served breakfast so I had to come back and have their breakfast burrito . What I love about the place it is that it is outdoor sitting and you get a view of the mountains while having breakfast. The staff is very friendly and the owner is around to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. If you are in Seward and you are craving some southern bbq, this is your spot.

This is a must-do restaurant. I had the wagyu beef ribs, and they just melted in your mouth. The meat is fall-off-the-bone tender, and the flavor is just delicious. You also get potato salad, beans, coleslaw, and bread. It's a very filling and satisfying meal. My husband got the pork belly, and he said it was very good. It's an outdoor covered restaurant. You go to the counter to order and then find a seat at one of their tables. They call you when it's ready, and it's a short wait. I noticed a lot of people order take-out. It's a very casual place.

This place is amazing!!! We got wagyu ribs that fall off the bone, best crab legs I've had in a long time, huge loaded potato(and it's truly loaded) and brisket sandwich. Everything was so flavorful and cooked to perfection! I would also recommend getting their sweet tea. They have a nice seating area outside that is filled with best smells coming from the grill. Service was great and quick! We are here for a few days and will for sure have to try out their breakfast!

For Seward, this was good BBQ! For someone who's been to Texas? obviously I've had better lol. Let me start off by saying that I personally only ordered the loaded bbq potato with ribs and that's all I can speak about. The baked potato could've used more butter and sour cream, and cheese! It's a large potato but it needed to be more loaded! I chose the ribs as my meat and it came with 4 ribs!! They were so good. Needed more seasoning BUT they were so soft. The didn't fall off the bone but they sure did once you took a bite! Highly recommend the ribs! They only offered outside seating which were first come first serve. I also recommend the bbq sauce because my family literally couldn't stop talking about it! WARNING: WHOLE BUNCH OF MOSQUITOS
