Subway - Seward

Good Subway location. Friendly staff and decent wait-time. Quality sandwiches.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all. We ordered four sandwiches, and when we hit the road to eat them, the lettuce was brown and slimy. It was absolutely disgusting! One person took a few bites and ended up getting very sick. How can you mess up sandwiches like that? Just steer clear!

We were traveling from Whittier to Glacier Bay when we encountered an accident that caused us to stop at a Subway restaurant, where a tour bus had also gathered. I was impressed by how the staff remained calm and collected despite the situation. We all managed to get our food, and most of us found a place to sit and enjoy our meals. This review is more about the attentive staff than the Subway chain itself, but I’m grateful it was there. It was a lifesaver, especially after sitting in traffic for a few hours.
