Bruster's Real Ice Cream - Sewell

Oh no! I had coupons but the restaurant was closed. Their ice cream is the best around. I guess we'll have to go to Sunday's in Berlin, NJ now to get our fix. Please reopen if possible.

The food was excellent, but I am disappointed that they will be closing soon.

I was in line at the front window with two other people ahead of us when the manager, Alexia, closed the window on us to go speak to some friends at the side window. She then ignored us and started helping the people at the side window while we were left waiting. Eventually, when we were served, we expressed our displeasure with the service and she cursed at me and slammed the door.

Good ice cream. Came here with the family. Just wish there was more seating available. Got the graham central ice cream.

The ice cream is fantastic, but the customer service was terrible. Yesterday, myself and two other customers were waiting by the window for a long time. Despite there being four employees behind the counter, none of them acknowledged our presence. They all looked around but didn't indicate that they would be with us soon. As someone who has worked in customer service for 20 years, I know that a small gesture can go a long way. We ended up leaving and went to Cold Stone instead.
