Salsa Fresca - Sewell

As a Texan, I have high expectations when it comes to Mexican restaurants, and this one nearly meets them. The food is consistently fantastic. However, prices have increased significantly since they opened, so while it's still reasonably priced for a great meal, it no longer feels like a bargain. The main issue lies with the service and, honestly, the performance of the management and kitchen. They do have a few exceptional servers, but there's a noticeable lack of management oversight or someone to expedite the food and ensure customer satisfaction. If the leadership could elevate their game, this place would easily be a five-star experience every time.

Small comfortable restaurant. Very welcoming atmosphere. Our server was kind and very knowledgeable of the food. Food was very delicious and authentic.

Love going here with my family and friends. Mainly BYOB, so don’t forget to bring some drinks if you want to drink a little. They serve margaritas I think since my mom got one before. The food here is delicious and worth coming here for. Love all the spice to the delicious fresh food dishes. They have the most delicious stuff you can ever want!

If you are looking for authentic Mexican food, this is your place. We have been here several times in the last couple of years and I have never been disappointed. It is BYOB and there is a liquor store right next to the restaurant. If you ask they will bring a bucket of ice. Really good food ?

Great food. The atmosphere is nice and the service is fast and with a smile. The staff is attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.
