Contribuisci feedbackEvery time I've visited this Dunkin', I've placed my order ahead of time using the mobile app, yet I still end up waiting over 10 minutes for my items. My coffee is consistently cold when I pick it up. The cashiers lack professionalism; during my visit on April 12, 2023, a young girl working the drive-thru chose to discuss customers as they came through, and she even used inappropriate language while talking about her best friend. Dunkin', you need to address this issue.
The service could greatly improve if employees took their punctuality more seriously, especially in the case of someone named Courtney, whose frequent lateness has caused frustration. One of the biggest challenges in the service industry is the lack of a strong work ethic when it comes to arriving on time and being consistent.
Management Staff: Please address the Sunday team about placing the ENTIRE order in the bags. Doesn’t matter if it’s DoorDash or going to the drive thru, I consistently have food missing and it’s always on Sunday. Food is honestly great, when it’s all in the bag.
The last month I get donuts powered Bavarian crème (3 or 4) every order and at least 2 of them do not have crème in them
I one time had a piece of bacon and I was looking at said bacon thinking to myself, man this bacon looks burnt. I proceeded to take a bite... yup that sure is some burnt bacon. BurntBacon/10
