Hucklebuck 60 Bbq - Seymour

Was not able to taste the smoke. pork and brisket was dry potato salad was bad Along with slaw. I’ve have eaten at every bbq place in the area while this not the worst it’s far from the best.

We used Hucklebucks to cater a party and ordered Bisket and Pulled Pork. When I picked it up, I asked if they had plastic tongs to serve because I wasn't sure if the building I rented for the party had any. The owner brought out real tongs instead of plastic and told me to take them. I declined, but I appreciated the thought. The meat was perfect. Got lots of compliments all evening. Will be using them in the future.

Not too bad, I've had better but it's been a while. I like their ribs, this time I had meatloaf with green beans for the side. Loved the beans, had to much sauce on the meatloaf. I don't like it when there's to much sauce on anything. I think it takes away from whatever it is you're eating. Also, the garlic bread was under baked and had no flavor.

So the pulled pork is good according to my wife. But the fish was so bad it made me angry. So not catfish, over cooked, over breaded, over seasoned just truly horrible. The hush puppies are cheap garbage you would buy frozen. Same with the onion rings. These things are not hard to make. I would not be any more disappointed if I just threw $50. out the window as I dove by.
