Papa Johns Pizza - Seymour

Good pizza. Sadly the last time they adjusted their delivery radius my home was just barely knocked out of range even though other pizza stores in the same area will deliver to me so I don't order as much.

Our pizza was very very good ... it's our grandsons favorite!!!!

You have to call the Philippines just to order a pizza. Oir businesses are selling us out folks dont know what else to tell you.

First delivery experience with this store couldn 't pay me to give them my business again. Had 2 pick-up orders in the past employees were friendly, accurate, prompt. Today 's order was about 15 minutes late not accurate. Called to ask if a driver would be out this way to bring our missing items got my head bitten off. Disconnected on the first call by the off-shore order taker so had to call back whoever answered at the local store misspoke about what was missing; when I corrected him, I was yelled at for not giving him time to look at the entire order yet then hung up on. Here 's a thought: W-A-I-T until you 've looked at my entire order before telling me what I 'm missing, then I 'll wait to correct you. People like this just have no business dealing with the public. Our order was late not accurate, then instead of apologizing making it right, I was reprimanded hung up on. Just not logical for someone with this temperament to be in a job where they deal with customers.

Horrible customer service experience the help desk guy was rude. Why work here if you don’t enjoy what you do?
