Staff very rude and had to hurt for the disabled toilet key. Which they did not do in a hurry and definitely did not like getting asked any questions

Popped in here on Thursday night 27/10 for a red bull to help me through my shift. Credit where its due the 2 ladies that were on shift were lovely. A smile from them both and even got me to sign upto the BP rewards scheme. Theyre a credit to Todhills, it makes all the difference being served by pleasant staff.

Terrible staff shouting at customers! Bad experience

The most worst place ever,to find food,if you are hanger don't stop here, because you find only chemicals, sugar, and sugar,not meet, sandwiches nothing, and all expensive like he'll,in UK you eating sugar and sugar,good for diabetes , nobody is thinking in the drivers, we put food in the shops for you and nobody thinking in the drivers Ireland , France, Germany, Spain, all Europe have everywhere hot food and human prices, I never stop in this place, bye bye bp petrolstation, don't tucked this place

I would like to say the staff at this service station was 5* and they went the extra mile to help myself and my wife to Sunday 20 march 2022. I was stopped for fuel and put in unleaded into a diesel tank in error and did not know what to do to get it fixed on a Sunday. I went in to pay for the wrong fuel and they did say about the wrong fuel and not to drive the car as it would damage my car engine. They offered a card on a company called FUEL DOCTOR , I called them explain what I did and they call out right away after there other call out. They emptied the tank and then I was able to fill up with more fuel and I was on my way. While I was waiting the service staff came over to make sure we were okay, came back 30 minutes later and offered complimentary coffee and bacon rolls for myself and wife and let us use the toilets to freshen up. Again a big thank you to the staff and we are now home safely
