Little Caesars Pizza - Shafter

Most of the time when I come here the pizza dough is undercooked. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

I have never experienced good customer service at this restaurant. Today at 1:00, I placed an order for pickup at 7:00 for 6 pizzas. I specifically asked if I could pick up the order at 7:00 if I placed it then. However, when I arrived at 7:00, they had not even started preparing the order. On another occasion, I witnessed employees using foul language and not showing care for customers, including children. I would not recommend this restaurant if you are expecting good customer service. Service: Take out.

Bad service, they gave our order away, it took an hour to get my food even though it said in the app that it was ready, service was slow even though there was a lot of staff on hand, other customers were waiting for a long time too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My husband or son usually order pizza through the app now, taking advantage of the occasional deals. The pizza is quite good for the price.
