Contribuisci feedbackAfter placing our order through the app, we waited about 13-14 minutes for our food. While I understand that this can happen, it was frustrating to see that for at least five of those minutes, our food was just sitting there and not on its way. When we finally received our order, everything was cold, and my ice cream sundae had melted all over the cup carrier, making quite a mess. The blast treat was also melted all over the top. Additionally, my chili cheese dog had a hard, stale bun, and the kids' corn dogs seemed old. The fries and tater tots tasted like they had been cooked in old oil. I really hope Sonic can turn things around here.
I just grabbed a bag of their fantastic ice because I enjoy having ice with my drinks every day.
I really enjoy their Sonic Blast, but it does take a bit of time to get it. Honestly, the staff seems a bit unhappy in their roles. As for the food, it's just okay for me; I'm not a huge fan.
The employees are so slow. They have no urgency. I waited in a stall for my mobile order for 15mins it's wasn't busy. I finally went thru the drive thru. I sat at the call box for 5mins before anyone would say anything. Top it off, my drink was wrong. Too upset to even get it fixed.
Place is rundown. I thought it was closed since the bushes were all overgrown and the lay ground fenced off. The slushies tasted like they were made with toilet water. I will not be going back. I love Sonic and went out of my way to go here, but this one was terrible.
