Boston Market - Shaker Heights

Personnel had bad things to say about their own restaurant!!! No cake. No meatloaf. No turkey. No ham. No sweet potato's. No smiles.

What a sad store. The sign on the filthy window stated that some items might not be available due to shortages, but that didn't excuse the unkempt condition of the restaurant. The one employee was sitting in a booth chatting on his phone when I walked in. He took my order while sitting in said booth without bothering to remove the phone from his ear. At check out, he gave me three different prices. He was apparently too high to read the register, and I wonder if he he properly rang anything up The chicken was the absolute worst I've ever gotten from a Boston Market. Do Not Bother. Go somewhere else. Anyplace would be better.
